After reviewing the ECG image attached by you I would like to tell you that it's a sinus Rhythm ECG with normal heart rate and a short PR interval along with non-specific st-t changes in inferior leads.

It's advisable to get echocardiography and a TMT test done to complete the basic character valuation and to rule out any underlying coronary artery disease.
