Hello

After reviewing the ecg image I would like to tell you that there is LBBB with left axis deviation. Now this lbbb could be the result of some past coronary event.

Prognosis can only be assessed after coronary evaluation with the help of Angiography. Also it’s advisable to get an echocardiogram done.
