i have my friend diagnosed with the complicated Kidney condition...can you please confirm on the possible complications here?

Hi,

The report suggest presence of HORSESHOE kidney, a congenital condition where the two kidneys are fused together.

only complications are stone disease and urine infection.

If these complications are not managed properly and timely then can lead to kidney failure. otherwise this is a safe condition and there may not be any problem in the lifetime.
