Hello,
It's sinus rhythm, Q in lead III and no other significant St t abnormalities seen.
Q wave in lead III may be normally seen, but it's worthwhile to rule out possibility of old heart attack.
So, this may be a normal variant however obtain echo to rule out possibility of old IWMI.
