Question : Dear Sir , please find attached reports , case details = 39 years male known case of hypertension and hyperlipidemia on medication , Laboratory Reports = GGT -482 U/L provide exact interpretation & diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Patients blood sugars are elevated so it needs optimisation of diabetic medicines.
Next is triglycerides are elevated for he needs healthy lifestyle like less of oily fatty and high calorie diet. Also, require regular exercises.
Also, SGPT and GGT are elevated, which are likely due to fatty liver. He ll need further evaluation for the same. He should firstly get ultrasound of the liver done to confirm fatty liver and gall bladder pathologies. Also, seek Hepatologist consultation for the same.
Also, ecg shows the left axis deviation and q in III. So, he ll also need echo to rule out possibility of old iwmi.
So, ll need further evaluation to ascertain the cause of deranged enzymes.
