Question: Dear Sir , please find attached stress test report with 2 D echo & ECG Reports , please provide exact interpretation for all reports & probable diagnosis.

Hello

After going through the medical details and the reports provided by you I would like to tell you that the stress test of the patient which has been done is inconclusive because the patient doesn’t achieved the recommended heartrate so nothing can be concluded on the basis of this stress test.

As per guidelines and recommendations the patient should undergo Dobutamine stress test if the possibility of coronary artery disease has to be ruled out.

Normal 2D echo is within normal limits.
