Dear Sir reports uploaded please guide us about (1)exact diagnosis (2) prognosis of the disease (3)exact interpretation of attached reports & papers ---53 years male - known case of Hypertensive retinopathy, Dyslipidemia and Sinus Tachycardia on ECG
Brief Answer:
See below!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for uploading the reports.
I have reviewed the entire report. This is very comprehensive.
1. You blood numbers are good.
2. Heart: High blood pressure well controlled. Heart Echo, EKG and stress test all normal and negative for worrisome findings suggestive of impending heart attack. I recommend you continue to take medications as recommended. I have reviewed them and they are appropriate. However, I did not see you numbers for diabetes and cholesterol but trust they are good (especially cholesterol as you are already on Rosuvastatin).
3. Eyes: From this report, your eye exam is grossly normal. Vision and eye pressure as tested are well within normal range. Given history of retinopathy, strict control of hypertension and diabetes with regular eye exams would be great.
4. You seem to have accumulated much fat in the liver. If your weight is on the higher side, please try to loss a few kilograms. Also, regulate diet and exercise often for best results. Exercise would also help with hypertension and exercise control.
Prognosis: You are good. At this time, there is no impending danger. Should you continue following recommended treatment, diet and lifestyle modifications, I can assure you we can be pretty optimistic. Keep up the good work. However, prognosis is greatly determined by this and thus please, respect ongoing treatment plan.
I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me as appropriate.
