Question : Dear Sir, please opine on the attached ECG. It belongs to 66 yrs old lady with history of diabetes and asthma. No history of hypertension.

Hello

With a history of diabetes in a female patient after the age of 50 yrs with ecg showing t wave inversions in v1 to v3 could be because of underlying coronary artery disease and require further evaluation in the form of stress echo under cardiologist supervision.

Stress echo is further advisable.
