                                            Question : Brief Answer:
normal ECG
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
This ECG shows a normal sinus rhythm with a heart rate of 75 (normal heart rate is 60-100).
There are no abnormal Q waves or ST segment elevations or depressions (these could indicate coronary artery disease).
Voltages of the QRS waves are normal (high voltage could indicate heart enlargement).
Overall this is a normal ECG. Please understand that having a normal ECG does not guarantee that you have no heart disease.
The ECG shows the electrical activity of the heart. Other tests including an echocardiogram and/or a stress test would be needed to insure that there is no heart disease if you are having symptoms.
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
