Hello

After reviewing the ECG report attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ECG with the right bundle branch block and no other significant STT changes however taking into consideration the age group of the patient it’s advisable to get an echocardiogram done to rule out any LV dysfunction.
