Hello

After going through the ECG image attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ECG within normal heart rate however there are T wave inversions in Leads v1-v4 suggesting possible LAD territory ischaemia.

Stress test is further advisable after cardiologist consultation.
