Question : Dear doctor,
I have these black spot on my face but those are not because of pimples. These were less initially and now increasing in numbers. I have uploaded the images for your reference.

Could be Dermatosis papulosis nigra which are small, XXXXXXX to brown, raised lesions on malar region of face. They may gradually increase in number .There may be a family history of similar lesions in other members like parents and siblings. However, I have not received the images. I request you to kindly upload the images again so that I am able to confirm and guide you accordingly.
