Hello

After going through the ecg report attached by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with normal rate, left axis and occasional ventricular ectopics and no significant STT changes.

Now taking into consideration the age group and history of diabetes further evaluation is advisable in the form of echo and stress test.
