Kindly share your opinion about the prognosis of patient based on attached ECG and 2D echo Report. Patient Age - 60 yr.

After reviewing the reports attached by you I would like to tell you that all the reports are fairly within normal limits without any significant changes.

Also both the ecg and echocardiogram report are within normal range.
