Possibly IHD

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's sinus rhythm, with normal rate rhythm and axis.
There is st depression in inferior leads, no other significant St t abnormalities seen.
So, this suggests the possibility of ischemic heart disease. So patient needs further evaluation with echo and if normal then stress test like treadmill test.
