Brief Answer:
Reupload echo report

Detailed Answer:
Hello

It’s a sinus rhythm ecg with poor R wave in anterior precordial leads and ST T depression in inferior leads and incomplete LBBB. All these changes are suggestive of underlying coronary artery disease.

The echo report which has been uploaded is not readable kindly reupload it.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
First page is still not readable. However from the second page I can know that the EF is 73% which falls within normal range.

It’s advisable to get a stress test done to rule out inducible myocardial ischemia.

Kind Regards
