I have gone through the attached file and understand your concerns about the prognosis of ASD in regard to Adhya.
From the available details it appears that she made significant progress in compare to her initial assessment and there is possibility that she will continue to have more progress over the passage of time. It is important to indicate that there is need for continuos follow up and devote maximum possible intervention for the child.
The prognosis in case of ASD is never satisfactory but every effort made in this direction is going to create lot of difference for child as well as family.
