Hello

After reviewing the ECG image attached by you and taking into consideration the age group of the patient I would like to to tell you that it's a sinus rhythm ECG with rsr' pattern and some st-t changes in inferior leads which could be because of ischemia.

It's advisable that the patient should be evaluated further by echocardiogram.
