please find attached ECG tracing of 53 yr male kindly confirm exact diagnosis and prognosis of case
                                    Brief Answer:
It's borderline Ecg
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It shows sinus rhythm, left axis deviation and left anterior fascicular block. There are T wave inversions in I avl and no other significant St t abnormalities seen.
So, it's not an entirely normal Ecg, but it shows some changes. Such changes may be seen with age or hypertension as well but possibility of ischemic heart disease should be ruled out with further evaluation and echo. So, patient should undergo echo and then TMT if echo is normal. If both are normal then prognosis is good.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
