The report shows laboratory results for hemoglobin, platelet count, creatinine and SGPT.
The hemoglobin level is low for age and sex.
Low hemoglobin is called anemia and an underlying cause for anemia needs to be sought out.
I suggest you to get a peripheral blood smear examination to know the type of anemia.
Treatment can be instituted after knowing the type of anemia.
