Question: I have type 2 diabetics my morning reads range between. 107 - 121. My doctor says that is good. My mother in laws doctor wants her reading under 90 I am so confused!

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
Your sugar levels are nearly normal but fasting level of 90mg is preferable, but it may land up in drastically low levels of sugar which is not acceptable.
Just observe light exercises to the current management rather than increasing medicines.
I think you will get a safe optimum reduction.
