Question: I am 59, weigh about 225, 5ft 6in, have asthma, use inhaler as needed, diiabetes 2, take metformin 2xd, arthritis, little or no carteledge undre knee caps, no insurance, what is best way to lose at least 75 lbs. Limited income too. Thank you for any helpful answers,

Best and low income method would be to do the regular exercises with balanced diet. Every program requires experts advice and follow up.
