Finding a palpable supraclavicular lymph node , requires investigations as soon as possible. The right supraclavicular lymph nodes drains the region of mediastinum, lungs and esophagus. Hence it is important to rule out conditions like Lung , Retroperitoneal or gastrointestinal cancer. The right supraclavicular lymph node might be palpable even in cases of infections. In a few individuals, no cause is found for the lymph node. If no cause is found after all the investigations, please be reassured.
