Question : I had a hepatitis C vaccine in 1980. Now I have hepatitis C. How did this happen? I am a health care worker with many years of exposure to patients blood.

Till date there is no vaccine against Hepatitis C. Research is going on for vaccine against hepatitis C and it is in phase 2 of clinical trial.

You must have received vaccination details.
