Brief Answer:
Widal titre elevated.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to health care magic.
I presume that you are having fever of a few days duration and that is the reason why these investigations are done. The Widal titre is elevated suggesting of Enteric fever also called typhoid fever. The laboratory reports should always be correlated with clinical examination findings and based on these two your doctor will start treatment. A blood culture and sensitivity will confirm the diagnosis.

Hope this helps.
