Difficulty In Conceiving. Semen Analysis Done. Is The Report Normal?

Question : Hi, I have got analyzed my semen and result is as follows:
Quantity: 1.5 ML
Color: Creamish
Reaction: Alkaline
LIQ Time: 30 MTS
Microscopic Examination
Total Sperm Count: 96 Million/ML
Active Motile: 60%
Sluggish Motile: 20%
Non Motile: 20%
PUS Cells: 1-2/H.P.F

Pls tell me if test is fine or has any problem. Actually, my spouse is getting problem to conceive pregnancy.
We have not started to take any medicine yet to conceive. If my semen analysis is ok then can she go for medicine for conceiving.

The normal semen count should be about 120,000 but 90,000 is more than enought to conceive

Your partner can definitely start taking medications. Follow the below precautions

Use boxer shorts than briefs
Avoid keeping hot objects like laptop on the groin area
Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol intake
There are no proven food products to prove semen count but please avoid mint.
Have intercourse during the ovulation period
