Need some additional information.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and I would try my best to help you.

I have noted your clinical details. I require some additional information to help you better. 1. What is the duration of headache and dizziness? 2. Does the dizziness get worse on turning in bed from side to side or on getting up from bed? 3. How is the sleep quality?

Please get back with this additional information.

Wishing you good health,

Thank you for getting back.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for providing additional information.

The cause seems to be migrainous vertigo. You should take preventive medication such as FLUNARIZINE (SIBELIUM). For my patients, I usually advise 10 mg once daily at night after dinner. For relief from dizziness, you can take betahistine (vertin) tablets, as and when needed.

Best wishes,
