Question : I just took 2 asprin and ibuprofen I have a cold and no thinking clearly

Well either Aspirin nor Ibuprofen will help in cold. You need to take either Cetrizine or Montelukast for this . Take it for 2 days if you have it at home else get a prescription for that.

In addition drink hot water only , do steam inhalation 3-4 times per day, avoid Citrus fruits .
