Brief Answer:
Celebrex and magnesium oil can be used

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Celebrex is celecoxib is a COX-2 inhibitor (technically speaking) and is a very good analgesic for people suffering from arthritis, scoliosis and other long term pain problems. You can take it twice daily and occasionally. However you should inform or note in the Electronic medical records with your doctor that you use Celebrex often. It interacts with other medicines and your doctor will better keep in mind the dose of other medicine that he prescribes. Meloxicam has poor analgesic effect compared to celebrex.

Coming to magnesium oil it is being used by professionals practising oriental medicine. Though the modern science has proven its benefit in controlling the pain there are hardly good preparations that are in vogue. However since magnesium has its own side effects I suggest you to check serum magnesium levels before using the oil. Magnesium is a potent vasodilator, and smooth muscle relaxant so if you have muscle spasm which is common in scoliosis this can help you.

Regarding the dose of the oil I am sorry and I do not have the idea as I am not practicing it on my patients currently.
