I have reviewed your medications fully and these are the most important possible interactions to be highlighted.

1. Oxycodone and Carvedilol can have additive effects causing steeper drops in blood pressure than anticipated. If this happens, you will have symptoms of low blood pressure such as dizziness, fatigue, poor vision, lightheadedness, fainting sensation, etc. Monitor and report any such trends of symptoms to me for further advice.

2. Citalopram and oxycodone may cause heightened effects of citalopram makes by increased blood pressure, heart rate, palpitations, profuse sweating, etc. Be vigilant to report any such observations to us.

All others are minor and really warrant no detailing at this time. However, always report unusual changes when taking medications for review and guidance from me or your doctors.
