Question : Sir,My Brother have just take a blood test and report shows VLDL Serum is. 37 in LIPID profile.. he is 38 years old.

i need advice on below finding of reports.:

1. VLDL serum in report
2. GLOBULIN which is also less then normal reference range.
3. In kidney function, Creatinine is also less then reference range.
4. Vitamin D is showing deficiency as per reference range.

Kindly suggest medicine and daily routine change for better health report. Report attached for your reference.

After carefully going through the medical query I would like to tell you that as your brother is in young age group so it’s important to know exact values of the blood tests.

I suggest you to kindly upload the images of the complete reports for proper understanding.

Also kindly provide the following details

1. Any previous medical condition
2. Smoking/ alcohol consumption habit
3. Weight and height
4. Physical activity levels, exercise daily or not

He is non smoker and never consumed alcohol till date. His weight is 65 kg and height is 5.4'. he is vegeterian in diet. At present he is not doing exercise. His work involve walking. His pressure is 122/84 and pulse is 85
He don't have any medical treatment history till now.

See the overall profile of the patient is alright. We don’t get picture perfect reports and the slight variations which are there in your brothers report are insignificant.

However the slightly deranged lipid profile can very well be taken care with the help of healthy diet and daily exercise routine for atleast 35 mins daily.
