Brief Answer:
Possibility of HIV infection is ruled out almost

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
HIV Transmission through oral sex has lower risk than that of vaginal and anal sex. You had not mentioned that whether the oral sex was cunnilingus (You had contact with her genitals) or Felatio (she performed oral sex on your penis) or oral sex with another man.
RNA PCR is not a diagnostic test, but a prognostic test. DNA PCR is the diagnostic test for HIV which detects HIV as early as a week after the exposure and almost conclusive by 3-4 weeks.
Persistent nonreactive HIV 4th generation combo test even after 90 days, you can be sure that you are free from HIV beyond any doubt.
HIV Western blot test is also a confirmative test, a non reactive test after 90 days assured that you need no further tests as far as HIV is concerned.
But, HIV is not the only one disease to be transmitted through sexual route.
There are few other diseases also to be ruled out depending upon the type of oral contact.
Earliest symptoms of HIV, if any, would occur only after 4-6 weeks after the infection (Primary HIV infection or seroconversion illness). Symptoms occurred on 12 days after the exposure would be unlikely to due to HIV infection.
But the possibility of these symptoms either due to other STIs or other common bacteria, simply due the intimacy during sex contact can't be ruled out.

Brief Answer:
As far as the HIV risk, no further tests are necessary

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back.
As I mentioned earlier, You are assured that you are free from HIV. The combo tests (4th generation test) and the HIV western Blot tests were non reactive even after 90 days after the exposure (4th generation tests are reliable earlier after month from the exposure), clearly ruled out the possibility of the HIV infection. No further tests are necessary as far as HIV is concerned,
Felatio has comparatively lower risk for HIV/?STI.
As you had unprotected Felatio, it is better to rule out the possibility of other STIs through appropriate tests to be on the safer side.
Felatio has more risk for the recipient (the girl) than you.

Thanks doctor

I never in my life I will do this.

I am hoping I can be with my family again. I stayed away from family to avoid any kind of transmission.
I am really sorry and hope god forgive me for this blunder and I can be happy with my family

Brief Answer:
You are free from HIV infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Not to repent much.
We are all human beings with desire and impulse. Sexual drive is a natural urge just like our hunger, thirst and urge to nature's call.
You are free from HIV.
Forget about that incident as a nightmare.
Enjoy your days ahead,
Best wishes.
