
Do I Need To Take Action For Lower Back Pain That Become More Intense Over The Following Days?

I feel kind of load in my right side lower back for the past few days. In the last one week it became little more intense. Also i felt similar pain in between right side groin and upper thigh. But it's not there now.
I think it's a symptoms of either UTI or Kidney Stone. Please let me know what kind of actions i need to take?
