Question: I am 62 yesrs old, started 2 months ago taking blood pressure medicince: Covram 5 mg and Natarlex 1.5 mg.
I used totake Levitra and Cialis before this medicine and for many years .
I have no diabetes, no cholestrol, did CT scan no issues, same heart echo , all normal.

Brief Answer:
Levitra and Viagra seem to be safe when combined with your actual therapy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome back on HCM!

I understand your concern and would like to explain that Levitra and Viagra seem to be safe drugs when taken concomitantly with your current therapy.

This means that they do not interact with Covram or Natarlex. So, you do not have to worry when taking Levitra or Viagra while taking your actual anti-hypertensive therapy, because nothing bad will occur.

Regarding Cialis, I would recommend avoiding it, because it can interact with both Covram and Natarlex, increasing their anti-hypertensive effects, thus leading to possible low blood pressure and fainting.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

I remain at your disposal whenever you have any other questions!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
