I understand your concern.
I also reviewed the attached reports.
As per your query, lipomas and fluid are evident in soft tissue MRI.
I see through the attached report that there is not found any lipomas in soft tissue.
The presence of fluid is probably related to low grade strain or myositis.
Myositis is muscle inflammation usually due to trauma.
It can be related to microtrauma after hurting the knee.
I would recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.
I also recommend using anti inflammatory ointments such as Voltaren gel.
Cool compresses and elevating the leg can also be helpful.
