Question : My urine has a terrible odor...I have recently been taking Omega -3 ...would this be the cause?

Omega-3 doesn't affect odor of urine.

As an Urologist,let me assure you, urine odor doesn't change with Omega-3 drugs.
You should drink 8-10 glasses fluids daily.
If the intake of fluids decreases, the urine will be more concentrated and darker.
If you drink more fluids, the color will be more pale and odor free.
To confirm your doubt, you can carry out an urine routine test.
