Question : I have been injecting Trimix for 1 year now with good successes. The newest batch is Papav 30 / Phen 1.5 / PGE -1 100 The second bottle is Alprostadil 80mcg /ml.

The recomeded mix is .02 ml Papav 30 / Phen 1.5 / PGE -1 100 + .01 ml Alprostadil 80mcg /ml.

I had good success with this the first 3 times I used it. After that I have been getting swelling / redness and sometimes brushing of the penis. One time I know I hit a blood vessel because of excessive bleeding.
All times NO ERRECTION.

I am in Thailand and my US Doctor that prescribed the medication says it could be an allergic reaction. He is not sure but I am not that sure of him either. It's one of those clinics that specializes in prescribing Trimix.
I would like to continue using Trimix but the last 3 times I got no result and 2 of the 3 times I got the symptoms I described. Really Painful !! The injection site was 1 o'clock and 11 o'clock about 1.5 inches from the base of my penis. Should I change injection side and move up on the shaft and do 9 & 3 o'clock ?

Your advice would be appreciated.
Thank You

Brief Answer:
If there is a lot of pain , I would suggest you to stop the injection.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your concern.

The ideal injection site for Trimix is on the side of the shaft of the penis (leaving the midline) closest to the base of the penis. AVOID VISIBLE BLOOD VESSEL.

Alternate the side of the penis and vary the injection site with each use.

The usual adverse effects are
Penile pain
• Headache
• Dizziness
• Injection site bruising
• Prolonged erection

Penile pain and swelling may be an adverse effect.

Let me ask you
1. Was there any side effects on the use for the first 3 times?

There are other treatment options like surgery with implantation of semirigid or inflatable penile prosthesis .

I would suggest you to visit a clinician . He/she can examine and correlate clinically.

Hope this helps.
Post any other question.
Regards.
