Do Abdominal Cramps, Constipation, Nausea And Pressure In Chest Indicate IBS?
Question: I suspect i have ibs-c
I often get stomach cramps in the evening which get bit releived after i go to toilet..
I have problem of constipation for around past 5-7 yrs nw....it doesnt come all out..
Doctors prescibe relaxer and fiber supplement..but it only softens stool...i sometimes have chest gas problems like nausea feeling...cant explain well but feels like chestburn in the stomach and chest pressurised....like since past two days i have this problem of chest and stomach....this problem comes to me once every one or two month...but i constipate everyday....is it realy ibs or any other thing...if so...should i take probiotics or any specific kind..anyhelp would be helpful...
And yah...i had done some tests which showed everything in blood and stool was normal....exept there was bacteria showed as (++ found in my urine)..i have this probeM of urine not coming out all..as in it drips out one minute after i finish if something like pressure is applied between legs..the bacteria is caused by the same ibs or is it another problem on its own i dont knw...

Regular physical exercise and increased fluid intake is capital to help regulate the bowel movements.
This difficulty with urine is atypical in someone of your age. I will recommend that you talk to a urologist if for real you have difficulties such as dripping urine after urination. Dripping urine at the end of urination is suggestive of an obstruction and needs to be evaluated fully. Was a urine culture done or these germs were only seem during examination? Do you feel any pains when urinating?
