Question : Hi sir my triglyceride value has reached 414 and microalbumin/creatinine ratio is 60,microalbuminine is 91 ..my sugar level is 114 bf...with medications can I revert back all these parameters sir..does it indicates any kidney damage or disease or heart issue! Currently I have been advised with galvasmet 50/500mg,gibtulio 25mg XXXXXXX day 10mg and repace 25mg..can i proceed with these tablets or which specialist should I contact...

Hello,

I would like to tell you that your triglycerides are significantly high and there is a slight derangement of kidney function.

However, all this doesn’t mean that you should be stressed as it will worsen the situation. As you are young, you can very well take care of this with the help of medications and lifestyle changes.

As of now, you should continue with the medication which you have been prescribed and start going for a morning walk daily for a minimum of 30 mins with a healthy diet.

You can take the help of an endocrinologist for your proper sugar level control.

So with medications and diet control and microalbumin /creatinine ratio can be bought to normal! Cholestrol lowering tablet is prescribed and one tab for not harm in kidneys shall continue the same doses sir..
