Question : I will be trying my second pregnancy again after my period , its worthy to say that my period started yesterday May 15 2016 , and it should be finished on Saturday 21 May 2016.

My Question :

1- What is your suggestions for me depending on my situations ?
2-Do I need to take Baby aspirin or shots ?
3-You can try to give me some comments?

Yes you can start planning for your next pregnancy now.
You can try following measures to enhance the chances of conception -
1) try to keep a pillow beneath your buttocks after sex so that gravitational force keeps the semen inside vagina for a longer time.
2) should not get up for at least 20-25 minutes
3) try conventional position of sex female lying down on bed
4) maximum chances of conception are in day 10-18 of the cycle in case you have regular cycles.
In general start aspirin and folic acid tablet to support pregnancy.
No need of heparin shots.
