People can have nausea during a heart attack. But generalized belching and indigestion on an ongoing basis, without other symptoms of a heart attack such as chest pain or pressure and shortness of breath, is less likely to be from a heart attack.

Heart attack symptoms can last for several hours, but it is unlikely to last all day.

Have you tried medication for possible reflux, such as Zantac 150 mg twice a day (or 2 at once) or a proton pump inhibitor such as Nexium?
