Do Bleeding Sores Cause Herpes?

Question : Does this look like herpes? I scratched yesterday and this area bleed leaving sores. I did not get a chance to look at the area before i scratched. It felt like a bump but im not sure it was itching so scratched before showering.

I have gone through your query and have checked the attached images. It does not look concerning to me. It is not herpes. You need not worry. Keep the area clean and dry. You may apply candid (clotrimazole) powder over the area. If the itchiness persists taking cetirizine once daily should help in resolving the issue.
