Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Headache in young age group is usually primary due to migraine or tension type headache.
Headche due to aneurysm is very severe at onset and persist for few days only with vomiting or other focal neurological deficit.
Headche due to tumor is persistent , associated with focal deficit and blurring of vision once the intracranial pressure is raised.
If your previous MRI is normal then it is very unlikely that you have headche due to some secondary cause rather than a primary one.
Head injury related serious headache are usually at the time of injury and less commonly delayed.
Please visit a neurologist who can evaluate , examine your fundus and advise medications accordingly.
At this point of time there is nothing to worry.
hope you found the answer helpful.
