Brief Answer:
not always

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

It is true that many cancer patients have pain, but not always. Early stage cancer patients seldom have pain. In advanced stages also, not all have pain.

It is good that you are doing well on treatment and no pain is there.

Hope this helps.
Regards
