Question : I had taken I pill on 10-01-2017 morning. From 11-01-17 I was affected with food poisoning. Having diarrhoea and vomited for one time..is this affects I pill action

No, episode of vomiting and loose stool (food poisoning) a day after i pill use will not affect its effectiveness. You need not be worried.

Thank you doctor for your reply. I am having a doubt that I had tendency of loose motion on 10-01-17 it self. But didn't happened

No issues. You still will be protected against pregnancy if you had taken i pill within 48 - 72 of unprotected intercourse.
