Question : I get a CT scan once a year for a checkup post cancer of my whole body. I'm now 30, will this affect my ability to have kids?

Annual CT scans doesn't cause infertitly...

Annual CT scan wouldn't alter the chances of fertility or the ability to bear children. However there are other factors including cancers that can. What cancer are you affected with and is it in remission?
