Is it possible that the atypical cells of unknown significance from the vaginal swab could be due to hormonal changes or is it because of my precancer cells from the cervix even though I removed t he cervix 8 months ago.

Atypical cells after removal of cervix could be from vagina. These are possible due to hormonal changes.

I don't see any reason to worry. Wait for a month without any hormonal medicines and repeat the swab test. I am sure it will be normal.
