Mr XXXXXXX Meheta has conducted medical reports few days ago. 2d echo , TMT & ECGs were done in 2014.
Kindly refer attached reports & guide on following points :-
Can we evaluate or rule out cardiac anomalies/diseases based on attached reports done in 2014 ?
What would be cardiac prognosis in this case looking to age & reports ?
What is impact of “hypokinetic inferior area” (finding of 2 d ECHO ) on heart ?
What would be possible diagnosis based attached reports ?

Brief Answer:
Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Collectively both ECG and echo points towards the possibility of having coronary artery disease which requires evaluation in the form of Angiography.
Hypokinetic inferior wall area suggests the occurrence of probably a heart attack in the past.
Coronary Angiography is required for proper diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your query.
