Are these pil;ls good for u and are there any side effects
I am 75 yrs old in decent shape good health and take an aspirin a day (baby) and a 5mg blood pressure pill and a crestor pill plus setraline for anti panic that i had 10 years ago

Dear Sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns . But there is no need to worry as These medications are generally safe and are not expected to cause serious side effects . however, krill oil can cause the side effects of heart burn, gastric upset , bad breath and naseau. CoQ10 can cause mild insomnia in some people and can cause elevation of liver enzymes , so I would recommend that you follow up on monthly basis on the level of your liver enzyme . also taking CoQ10 while taking Crestor will decrease the effect of CoQ10 as Crestor interferes with its action.
Tumeric 500 taken once daily is not expected to cause any side effects except heart burn . I hope I answered your question

I have noticed that in the last 2 weeks while taking the krill tumeric and CoQ10
that my nose seems to appear dry after blowing same and after a few hours
somewhat crusty near the end of nostrils.
Does any of the above create nasal dryness or do u have another answer for me
