Brief Answer:

Calcium and Vitamin D deficiency

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

High ALP is an indirect marker of calcium and vitamin D deficiency.

Now, that is also been confirmed by your reports that says low Vitamin D and Low calcium.

My recommendations would be :

1. Cap Gemcal Plus once daily for 3 months.
2. Injection Uprise 6L Intramuscular once a week for 1 month followed by Cap Uprise D3 60 K once a week for 3 months.

Then you need to get ALP, Serum Calcium and Vitamin D 3 tests repeated. Write back to me after 3 months with the reports.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. Please share my opinion with your doctor before you act upon it.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
